Alshaya Group is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Executive to join Starbucks’s team and work in the UAE, where he/she will be responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives with regards to the Starbucks loyalty programme and its members, collaborating closely with colleagues within the Starbucks division and 3rd party vendors, and to support with delivering against the overall Loyalty plan.
Duties & responsibilities
- Assist with strategic planning.
- Play a key part in the CRM & Loyalty team to attract, retain and engage Starbucks customers, maximizing loyalty and customer lifetime value.
- Execute annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of program and business goals.
- Execute the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, implementing personalized communications.
- Understand customer behavior data to generate actionable insights and strategies to optimize customer journeys and reduce pain points with relevant and personalized trigger communications.
- Acquisition & Database Development – Support growth of our consumer database and increase data capture across customer touchpoints.
- Support & action Loyalty marketing activities ( e.g. to 3rd parties such as Deliveroo) as per calendar.
- Use multiple Marketing systems (Loyalty & CRM systems) to effectively deliver omnichannel customer engagement campaigns.
- Supports in preparation of internal review session with EMEA or Alshaya leadership team.
- Maintain dashboard for different stakeholders with data coming from different sources.
- An excellent team player with strong interpersonal.
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail and an ability to use data to support decision making.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions in an organized manner.
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Starbucks global standards.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders as well as key peers and 3rd party vendors.

- Contribute to the sharing of best practice within the division and across Alshaya.
- Work cross functionally with other teams and functions to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage professional relationships with external partners.
- Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role, multichannel retail or digital retail.
- Excel, Power Point, Google Analytics in general, skilled in Microsoft office, campaign management systems, Jira is a plus, Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
