Job Opportunity as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at Unifonic in the UAE

Unifonic is offering a job opportunity as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Identify opportunities, open and leverage relationships.
2. Work on end-to-end tech M&A deals, with executive / business leadership, networks (bankers, advisors, in-house teams) including:

• Inorganic growth strategy and execution.
• Deal due diligence.
• Commercials and valuation.
• Contracting & closing.
• Deal integration and monitoring.

1. Hands-on of 2-6 years experience in M&A advisory/execution, preferably as part of investment banks, Big-4, or corporate strategy development teams.
2. Experience in market scanning, deal evaluation, due diligence and commercial evaluation working with advisors/in-house cross-functional teams.
3. Exposure to M&A strategy/roadmap and integration will be an added advantage.
4. Problem solver. Ability to solve customer problems through cloud communication technologies required.
5. Collaborative. Manage multi-stakeholder relationships and closely collaborate with virtual teams.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7. Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
