Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Motivating and upskilling customers on the company’s Azure cloud using digitally enhanced virtual and in-person training.
- Continuously developing your skills in the most innovative technologies related to cloud computing.
- Providing feedback that improves and refreshes technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Experience in secure cloud computing concepts and solutions.
- At least one advanced Microsoft cloud computing certification.
- Experience as a motivational communicator.
- Ability to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality.
Preferably:
- A certified trainer qualification, e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer.
- Have conducted virtual or on-site classroom training related to technology (can be in a non-work-related environment).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in security.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
