Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a Personal Assistant to CEO to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021.
Duties & responsibilities
This role will see you provide executive support to the CEO with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to daily administration, calendar and diary management, arranging complex travel plans, coordinating any agenda’s and itineraries and preparing any documentation for board meetings. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing any sales and legal agreements, negotiate with any suppliers, prepare any other ad-hoc documentation and communicate with company management on the CEO’s behalf and coordinate logistics meetings.
Eligibility criteria
- Have strong English communication skills and proven ability and experience in preparing legal documentation, ideally with 2 years’ experience with a professional services employment background in a legal environment.
- Highly organized, presentable and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Degree educated preferably in Law.
- Have a warm and friendly personality with a confident approach.
