Delivery Hero is looking for a motivated Product Support Manager to join the team and work in Berlin, Germany

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of highly motivated Product Support Specialists.
  2. Become an expert in all Logistics Products, Services and Systems.
  3. Identify and implement best in class processes and tools for your team.
  4. Inform and deliver new strategies and tactics to improve users' experience with Product Support.
  5. Work cross functionally with Engineers and Product Managers, to advocate key areas for improvements for high impact issues.
  6. Proactively find areas for improvement, be innovative in seeking the best solution, and execute in a timely and considered manner.
  7. Be dynamic in your approach and adapt your skills to set and drive team targets.
  8. Lead innovation across Product Support and Product Operations to identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability.
  9. Develop and implement a continuous improvement methodology that will identify critical areas for improvement, identify optimal solutions, and implement improvement initiatives within the organisation.
  10. Provide data-driven insights and feedback to enhance internal customer experiences.

Eligibility criteria

  1. You gained at least 4+ years of professional experience executing operational improvements in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  2. You have a degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or another analytical based subject.
  3. You are process, Impact- and data-driven with experience in managing teams.
  4. Familiar with agile software development and related tools.
  5. Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in users needs.
  6. Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to the company vision.
  7. Hands-on attitude, capable of dealing with constant change and being able to get things done in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Good Stakeholder management skills are highly required.
  9. You have exceptional interpersonal skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  10. A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
  11. Excellent English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
