Job Opportunity as a Program Advisor for UAE National

Sapphire Recruitment Consultants announces a job opportunity as a program advisor for UAE National. You will earn AED 45,000+ per month.

You will be responsible for:

1. Provide input and well thought out ideas during the process of formulating development and communication of this leadership program.
2. All strategic and operational matters on the various programs as this is a stand-alone position no team.
3. Conduct bench marking studies, primary and secondary research to ascertain latest trends in leadership development.
4. Devise effective search strategies and gathering relevant data leveraging a broad source of resources (e.g. online databases, internet, Leadership magazines).
5. Communicating research results through the creative of high-quality end products (spreadsheets, reports, presentations).
6. Completing ad hoc research requests, knowledge and building development projects as necessary.
7. Coordinate, complete and oversee the completion of various reports, questionnaires and surveys related to enhancement/revamping of existing leadership development programs.

You must have:

• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Be an UAE National with family book.
• This is a stand-alone role no team, so you need to be able to have strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
• The ability to create leadership and development training programs as you will not be using an external vendor.
• Strong training expertise and in formulating training programs specifically in leadership development.
• Degree educated.
