AMZL Community Ops at Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to be a part of its Issue Resolution team responsible for driving community related escalations to resolution. You will be responsible for facilitating and conducting Regional On The Road (OTR) and (UTR) communications and working with cross functional teams to deep dive escalations, conduct root cause analyses, drive resolution, close the communication loop with community members, and ensure fixes are applied network wide. Your role is critical for driving a positive reputation for the brand in local communities, and creating a positive net impact in the neighborhoods where the company operates.
Duties & responsibilities
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure that you and the team remain customer obsessed.
- Cross functional coordination and task tracking.
- Communications across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program.
- Strategic planning and forecasting to evaluate effectiveness of existing mechanisms and iterate appropriately.
- Manage multiple deployments of complex projects simultaneously.
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs as the company works fast and hard to ensure that it resolves issues raised by the community members.
- Creating and implementing improvements to the transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of the customers.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Political Science, or similar disciplines.
- French language fluency.
- Prior responsibility in program or project management.
- Prior experience in a program management or operational role within a parcels, logistics, last mile delivery, gig economy, or supply chain environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
It's preferred to have:
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in program or project management.
- High degree of judgment and awareness in working with many stakeholders with differing needs.
- Exemplifies Amazon’s leadership principles effectively internally and externally to new business and service partners, government officials, vendors, and the community.
- Ability to develop new and creative solutions for community focused issues.
- Proficient in managing change using a combination of data and customer feedback.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive results in ambiguous environments.
