Job Opportunity as a QC Arabic Editor in Turkey at TRT

TRT offers a job opportunity as a QC editor in Arabic. TRT is Turkey’s leading media outlet with 17 channels broadcasting worldwide. With the company's new streaming initiative, it's launching TRT’s content on its international platform in a variety of languages. The international dubbing team will be responsible for sharing those amazing stories with the international audience, supervising all aspects of lip-sync dubbing, voiceover, and subtitle production. You will work under the QC lead, responsible for quality checking the dubbing and subtitling scripts that are done by the 3rd party partners. 

You will be responsible for:

• Assist the coordinator in generating subtitling and dubbing guidelines for the contents.
• Review scripts for dubbing and subtitling, ensuring quality and accuracy, make necessary corrections.
• Helping the coordinator in other quality check functions when necessary.

You must have:

• University degree or work experience in Film/Media/Digital Media/Translation sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in script editing-related services.
• Excellent control over Turkish and Arabic.
• Ability to work effectively and quickly on more than one project at the same time.
• Be familiar with Turkish fiction and non-fiction content.
