Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing ongoing support for the implementation and maintenance of various systems such as Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Support other quality, reporting and transformation initiatives undertaken by the Quality and Operations team throughout the year.
- Initiatives to improve operations, digital transformation, and provide training across various service lines in the company’s branch located in the Middle East.
- Conduct various reviews in line with the guidelines and standards provided.
- Identify gaps in available information and complete the assessment checklist.
- Interact with customer-facing teams or ECR facilitators to obtain additional clarifications and/or documentation as part of the review process and resolve gaps/queries
- Provide feedback and support to identify areas of improvement in the current ECR process, especially various digital improvements.
- Preparing reports for various audiences as required, including preparing various dashboards and reports.
- Support the Salesforce team in maintaining the Salesforce Risk module.
- Review and resolve issues that arise in the business and liaise with global teams when needed.
- Test various system updates to find any flaws that may be present in them.
- Assist in setting up trainings for other Salesforce users in different businesses.
- Assist Salesforce team in implementing KYC module.
- Other digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the project leader in the automated transformation of the Engagement Quality Review (EQR) process and integration with other systems.
- Implement rapid response reports (EQR) regularly throughout the year for the advisory work plan to evaluate the quality of service delivery.
- Support the Quality and Operations team and take forward other initiatives planned for FY24.
- Participate in various research and development activities.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in various R&D policies and processes.
- Participate in various ad hoc projects assigned by the CRO.
- Adherence to quality and operations budget.
- Adherence to various policies and procedures.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Professional or academic qualification or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English.
- It is preferable to be proficient in the Arabic language.
- Over 1.5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably have experience in the professional services industry at one of the Big 4 company.
- Extensive experience in risk management.
- Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
- It is preferable to have knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills.
