EY Foundation offers a job opportunity as a receptionist for Qatari nationals in Doha. You will be a key member of the company's facilities management team, which is a fast-paced role and one that requires you to have great communication and organizational skills.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Meet and greet both external and internal visitors to the office as well as handle all incoming calls courteously and professionally in accordance with the Reception Guidelines.
- All meeting room reservations efficiently and quickly.
- Ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy throughout the day and ready for the next meeting.
- Answer all incoming internal/external calls quickly and in a professional manner.
- Ensure callers are connected/redirected to the right person promptly, or a verbal message is accurately taken and relayed to the right person at the right time.
- Manage and confirm meeting room reservations/booking requests.
- Confirm all reservations on a daily basis.
- Ensure that booking cancellation procedures are promptly implemented and updated, allowing rooms to be made available to other bookings.
- Manage meeting arrangements and logistics, and prepare for various events and activities.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Professional personal presentation skills.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
- Strong experience in multitasking.
- A proactive approach to work and a curiosity to seek out new challenges.
