Hyatt Hotels is offering a Job Opportunity as a Reservation Host (Arabic Speaker) in UAE.
Duties & responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
- Assist the Assistant Manager - Reservations in smoothly running the daily operations in the Reservations Department and work closely with other relevant departments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards
Eligibility criteria
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Reservations host/agent in Reservations.
- Good problem solving skills
- Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
