Aramex is offering a job opportunity as an Executive Manager for retail outlets in Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Handle all incoming customer needs immediately.
- Customer service and providing them with complete information and advice.
- Managing and meeting customer expectations.
- Maintain a high level of satisfactory customer service.
- Taking care of cash customers, meeting their requirements, solving their problems, and following up and updating their cases.
- Promoting Aramex campaigns to customers.
- Ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with all cash customers who request various Aramex products.
- Process and prepare cash shipments for shipment.
- Handle all outstanding reports and close relevant cases on a daily basis.
- Closing outstanding cases in a timely manner.
- Pass customer service audits at the outlet.
- Adherence to company policies related to health, safety, environment, compliance and sustainability.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints to retain customers.
- Contribute to achieving annual/quarterly cash goals.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- More than one year of experience in customer service or any similar field.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (weekly schedule) and rotate between different branches.
