Job Opportunity as a Senior Product Manager at Chalhoub Group in the UAE

Chalhoub Group is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Product Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Work with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify core problems and solutions throughout the product.
2. Run focus groups and discovery calls with users to understand their perspective and begin to test their initial hypotheses. Also understand markets and competition in depth.
3. Coordinate the day-to-day prioritization with the development team and stakeholders to push forward the most important features in the simplest version.
4. Drive product backlog, write user stories and conduct grooming sessions with your team.
5. Challenge the status quo of the current solutions and drive resolution through collaboration, influence and innovation.
6. Define key business and product success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them in order to form data-driven opinions.
7. Manage the roll-out and implementation, making sure that the developed technology has the impact desired.
8. Write release documentation & train cross functional teams on new product enablement.
9. Manage expectations of users and stakeholders, as well as communicating with your customers to guarantee that solutions are fit-for-purpose.

1. You are currently Product Manager with 5 years or more experience.
2. Experience with leading or mentoring a small team.
3. Understanding overall product strategy and user stories.
4. You currently work in eCommerce retail.
5. Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud is a major plus or experience with enterprise e-commerce solutions such as SAP Hybris, WebSphere and Magento.
6. Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus.
