Alshaya Group announces a job opportunity for a Senior Promotions Manager in the UAE.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a long-term strategic roadmap for Aura that aligns with Alshaya’s overall business objectives in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Aura remains competitive and innovative.
- Ensuring that the loyalty program consistently delivers a seamless experience for customers and colleagues.
- Building the future roadmap for the program to create the most compelling and differentiated retail proposition in the region.
- Managing existing partnerships and identifying future opportunities to enhance member value and drive revenue.
- Leading strategic partnership initiatives that deliver exceptional experiences for Aura members.
- Identifying new revenue streams through Aura partnerships.
- Leading partnership strategies to drive member value through high-value partners, new business and differentiated offerings.
- Reshaping and driving Aura’s long-term strategic roadmap.
- Managing and operating new partners and products/services.
- Managing P&L, loyalty program health through defined KPIs/goals and key results.
- Working with analytics, CRM, marketing and other partner teams to identify opportunities to address business challenges and evolving customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, economic outcomes, business viability, etc. and determine how to achieve the best possible outcomes for members.
- Lead workflows that define the future program proposal and strategy.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged on projects and ensure teams are engaged in achieving company goals.
- Work with the research team internally to conduct loyalty program studies and continuously collect feedback from customers.
- Oversee value driving initiatives through data analysis.
- Work with the wider team to ensure full service delivery to various segments through communications, experiences and product improvements where needed.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Experience in revenue management, finance or analytics, with an eye on consumer behavior.
- Ability to use metrics/analytics to identify opportunities and measure results.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Skills in multitasking and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for loyalty programs and retail.
- Proficient written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
- Ability to create compelling presentations.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a customer-focused, data-driven marketing role.
- Preferably a senior strategic consulting background or experience in a complex global organization.
- Retail experience.
- MBA, Strategy, Innovation.
