Opportunity description
TASC is looking for an experienced Service Customer Support to join the team and work in the United Arab Emirates for 2021.
Duties & responsibilities
- Acknowledge Customer RFQ’s.
- Review RFQ’s, perform technical evaluation, identify the spare parts details.
- Understand and clarify legal terms, commercial terms & logistical terms with customers.
- Communicate with Central experts / Distribution centres / Product centres, by raising service tickets to identify, get the price & delivery of spares.
- Customer support by promptly responding on the various status of quote & order.
Eligibility criteria
- Mechanical Engineering background Or Chemical Engineering
- Can read drawings and understands the mechanical structure of equipment.
- Computer literacy (MS) is a must.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2-3 years in order processing.
- Fluent in English & Arabic is added advantage.
- Immediate Joiners.
