You will be responsible for:

• Identify key scenarios to deliver on the promise of keeping meeting rooms up to date and secure. 
• Diligent program management to drive KPIs to a persistent healthy state ensuring amazing customer experiences.
• Acts as a thought leader in driving consistency in processes and services to align with defined policies and procedures to meet performance expectations for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.
• Suggest and partner with other PMs to design new features for the service for a better customer experience and to accelerate its goals. 
• Understand the overall product vision to support aligning multiple feature areas or project priorities.
• Anticipate, identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering and partner teams.

You must have:

• Technical product management experience on enterprise or commercial products. 
• Shipped multiple cycles of external-facing products, experience with cloud services.  
• Track record of significant product area ownership and results. 
• Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and deliver initiatives from conception to completion. 
• Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries.  
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.  
• Degree in Computer Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
