Opportunity description

Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a Store Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of the store and establishing positive relationships with the clientele.
  2. You will represent the brand as an ambassador while demonstrating strong knowledge and a driving passion for the brands products and services.
  3. Other responsibilities will include coaching and continuously developing the team, managing the stores P&L, developing customer experience strategies and creating a luxury environment.
  4. In addition this role will be responsible for implementing and achieving the stores KPI’s to drive sales and revenue targets, managing the roster of all retail staff and maintaining in store visuals in line with the brand standards.

Eligibility criteria

  1. At least 5 years of sales experience working within a luxury retail capacity with a strong background in customer service.
  2. A minimum of 3 years management experience is also preferred.
  3. A strong team-player, driven and presentable.
  4. Strong preference will be given to bilingual English/Arabic speakers.
