Agoda offers a job opportunity as a Strategy and Operations Manager in Australia. You will be responsible for furthering the company's growth across various sectors within the Oceania region. You must possess business acumen and a high level of operational experience as well as the ability to establish and develop long-term relationships with internal stakeholders. You must be well versed in defining, presenting and executing projects in a dynamic environment.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Identify, lead and support projects to improve Agoda supply within Oceania
- Managing projects and various operational tasks to improve work efficiency between departments.
- Lead broad, cross-functional initiatives to support key strategic priorities.
- Develop and operate tools necessary to monitor and improve business performance.
- Utilize data to analyze, identify and support recommendations related to company growth.
- Setting up operational processes and helping company leaders manage the business skillfully.
- Provide daily operational support and conduct knowledge sessions to supply teams to ensure business KPIs are achieved.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. It's preferred to have a master's degree or other advanced degree.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of operations, consulting, project management, or any similar function.
- It is preferable to have experience in the field of e-commerce.
- Entrepreneurial thinking skills, with a proven track record of implementing innovative ideas, processes or products.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Skills in solving complex problems and leading and managing change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to use data to convey messages clearly.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly.
- Extreme attention to detail.
