Aramex offers a job opportunity as an senior member of the Technology Products team in Jordan.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
- Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of product requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis required to determine customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in product testing and validation to ensure product quality and ease of use.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist with product launches and operating activities, such as creating product documentation and providing necessary training.
- Monitor product usage and performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and development.
- Helping support and operations teams resolve critical issues.
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear, concise and complete manner.
- Communicate written and verbally with various team members to receive and deliver written requirements and delivery timelines.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or any higher degree in the field of science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience in delivering mobile and web application products.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Be Initiative.
- The ability to find the mistakes and resolve it.
- Analysis skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Skills of working within a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience in T-SQL and database development.
- Knowledge of different types of software testing.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- It is preferable to have previous experience in software development.
- Preferably have knowledge of UX/UI.
