Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Training new joiners as well as existing employees as per business requirements.
- Understand the organization's strategy, goals, vision and organizational values to effectively reach achievable results in training sessions.
- Improving employee skills in the multitasking/customer experience segment and measuring results against business KPIs.
- Developing staff in the field of expertise and supporting the process of analyzing key performance indicators of business performance before and after training, with the aim of filling gaps in the organization.
- Understand and apply key adult learning principles to facilitate learning across a variety of media.
- Research best practices and implement them within the initiative.
- Partner with key stakeholders to train employees in a customer-centric culture.
- Communicate with employees and executives across MAF Retail to follow up on their strengths and areas of development.
- Training and mentoring employees according to business requirements using basic, easy-to-understand concepts.
- Engage with content developers and key business partners to identify improvement opportunities and key operational weaknesses based on successful models in the organization.
- Ensure that training costs are in line with established budgets
- Ensure delivery of educational content in accordance with MAF guidelines and cover all relevant compliance requirements.

Eligibility criteria
You must possess:
- Understanding of the retail industry (operational background).
- Lead by example in your customer-centric mindset
- Adaptability and teamwork.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excel in time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience as a facilitator in your field of knowledge or similar role.
- Ability to lead a full training course.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
