Duties & responsibilities
- Participating in financial due diligence tasks related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyzing the financial and operating results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing accounting records and participating in interviews with management.
- You will work effectively as a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality work, sharing responsibility, providing necessary support, and updating senior team members on progress.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business and/or any other relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of transactional experience, preferably in financial due diligence, transaction advisory or financial advisory services.
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions.
- Experience in dealing with clients from professional services or similar backgrounds.
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
- Proficient in English writing and speaking skills.
Preferably:
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Audit experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize changing work in a fast-changing industry.
- Communication skills.
- Leadership skills, strong people management skills and a genuine passion for getting things done in a dynamic organization.
