Al Tayer Group offers a job opportunity as a waiter at Magnolia Bakery in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for following customer tables and maximizing sales by providing exceptional customer service, in a professional and efficient manner to all guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all guests receive positive and professional service of the highest standards to exceed their expectations.
- Receive and process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Follow the sequence of service standards according to the brand guidelines.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Possess a complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and recommend products to customers.
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
- Work within agreed operational standards to ensure the food and beverage preparation process remains within company and municipal guidelines.
- Issuing receipts for purchases and matching receipts with sales numbers.
- Carrying out any additional tasks that may be requested from you according to management instructions.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant field.
- Preferably have a degree in food and beverage/catering.
