Opportunity description

Revton in Amman, Jordan is looking for a competent Accounts Manager that should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertains to the firm and clients. His/Her main responsibility is to make sure a company’s customers are happy and meet all their requirements while internally aligning with all relevant functions.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts & customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Having previous experience in the E-commerce business is a plus.
  • Previous experience using project management tools.
  • Ability to liaise between internal and external points of contact.
  • Previous experience in client-facing meetings with senior positions like directors & CXOs.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce business.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • A certification in project management.
  • A good command of English (Written & spoken).
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Follow-up and monitoring skills.
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
