Dell is offering a Job Opportunity in Saudi Arabia: Telecom Manager.
Duties & responsibilities
- Adherence to standard practices, ensuring service requirements are met.
- Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service-level compliance.
- Present operational and service-level reports to all partners.
- Develop and coordinate proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers.
- Deliver Telecom specific performance metrics
- Help customers operate various solutions across datacenter infrastructure technologies and act as a single point of contact for support requirements.
- Maintain in-depth awareness of Telecom trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices
Eligibility criteria
Essential Requirements:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience working in a Telecom Environment
- E2E knowledge of Telecom Network including Radio, Core, 5G, Cloud Infrastructure and Solutions
- Worked with Tier1/2 CSP’s and led delivery of critical services including deployment & support
- Expert in Telecom Solution/environment-based
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering (Telecommunication or IT preferred)
- Relevant product/methodology certification
- Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
