Pwc offers a job opportunity as an Accounts Payable (Paid) Officer in Lebanon. A career in finance, within internal corporate services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist PwC in all aspects of its internal finance including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leaders in preparing overall strategies. You will focus on recording and analyzing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, analyzing and reconciling invoices to detect fraud, as well as collecting and paying debts.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day finance tasks originating locally in the country including country funding processing requirements.
- Support the Senior Administrator and Finance Manager in managing tasks when required.
- Compile and process all invoices received for accounts payable.
- Reconciliation of invoices with LPOs/receivables.
- Address all country financial matters and respond promptly.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English, in addition to having excellent communication skills, and it is preferable that you be proficient in the Arabic language.
- Two years of experience in accounting.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong financial and accounting skills.
- Good level of accuracy and high level of attention to detail.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good organization and office management skills to ensure workload is covered.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
