Job Opportunity as an Assistant Manager in Technology & Analytics at Majid Al Futtaim

Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as an Assistant Manager in Technology & Analytics in India. The successful applicant is responsible for evaluating risks and controls infrastructure for IT applications, as well as digital projects / initiatives. The role will be accountable for supporting the Internal Audit team in performing integrated audits and data analytics.

• Monitor the technology risk profile and emerging risks based on internal and external factors and update Internal Audit Management of the potential impacts.
• Deliver the Technology Audit Plan comprising of reviews in technical areas of current technologies ecommerce/digital, etc.
• Identify and facilitate deployment of technology-driven auditing tools that could enhance effectiveness and efficiency of audit reviews.
• Support the operational internal audit team in executing integrated risk based audits and assessing assurance level of system controls.
• Build relationships with the Digital team and key business stakeholders and promote the value of internal audit.
• Ensure deployment and maintenance of key audit systems (such as TeamMate) that support the internal audit activities.
• Ensure set-up and maintenance of technology environments required to perform critical activities
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and departmental policies and procedures
• Comply with the Institute of Internal Auditor's Code of Ethics
• Assist in implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
• Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
• Completion of Digital audits as per the annual internal audit plan.
• Improved efficiency in operational audits through integrated audit approach.
• Client satisfaction survey results.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems / computer science from an accredited college or university.
• A track record of demonstrable achievements in an IT audit role.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of IT internal audit or consulting in either professional services or industry
• At least two (2) years of independent handling / management of assignments.
• A solid understanding of retail and/or consumer goods processes would be an added benefit.
• Candidate must have experience working in a complex technology driven environment.
