  • Designing the program, providing direct technical support, and building technical capacities to implement, measure, and continuously improve the proposed project, in close cooperation with the Women’s Protection and Empowerment Specialist.
  • Providing targeted technical support for program design, follow-up, and evaluation.
  • Support the consortium partner staff to undertake FSF activities, ensuring they align with project strategies that contextualize learning outcomes.
  • Provide the necessary support to ensure that proposed activities respond to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Liaise and coordinate regularly with the Project Manager and key staff in the office as well as other regional technical advisors on technical issues and project management issues.
  • Give technical input to relevant communication materials such as fact sheets, briefs, papers, and presentations that can be disseminated and used to influence national and global levels.
  • Produce technical inputs to internal and external reports, when required.
