Deloitte offers a job opportunity as a Human Resources Shared Services Officer in Lebanon.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for all of the following:
- Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Services team to understand new entrants within the designated area and ensure that each new member of the organization is qualified.
- Support new joiners in the designated area to verify that they are properly set up, and respond to their inquiries.
- Collecting documents and information from new entrants within the designated area, storing them physically and electronically, and sharing them with the concerned parties.
- Liaise between the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the assigned area and new entrants to fulfill any additional information and continuously follow up with the PRO to ensure immigration activities are completed within expected timelines.
- Provide support on immigration activities (eg immigration of family members, etc.) and answer any queries they may have during the process.
- Contacting the concerned parties to complete the joining procedures for the new entrants.
- Evaluate the eligibility of employees graduating from the Graduate Program and inform eligible employees on how to join the Deloitte Middle East Alumni Network.
- Preparing periodic reports for all work within the assigned area (such as the status of new joiners, the status of departing employees, etc.).
- Respond to inquiries and questions about the status of internal and external activities.
- Carry out any additional tasks requested by the line manager.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.
- Self-development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, sharing your knowledge and experience with others, and acting as a strong brand ambassador.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Knowledge of best practices in human resource management.
- Experience in any of these areas: immigration processes, recruitment processes, personnel data management.
- Ability to communicate professionally with team leaders and managers.
- Strong presentation skills are preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Management).
- Proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking skills in English.
- Preference will be given to bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates.
