Opportunity description

Alshaya Group announces a job opportunity for an Influencer Marketing Executive in the United Arab Emirates.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing the influencer marketing strategy to achieve marketing/business objectives across retail and food & beverage.
  • Using available insights to help identify key influencers/content partners to work with and helping build key relationships between the brand and the influencer audience.
  • Ensuring audience engagement across influencer channels by proactively suggesting improvements throughout the campaign to ensure success.
  • Reporting on success metrics/KPIs at the agreed campaign cadence ensuring all campaign tracking is set up correctly.
  • Monitoring campaign performance via Brand Watch and Social Bakers, identifying trends and benchmarks that can inform campaign planning moving forward.
  • Providing critical analytical insight into activity to proactively identify and reach growth potential.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Collaboration skills as you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive in exploring opportunities outside of your brief.
  • Passion for influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across social channels in KSA, UAE, Egypt and Kuwait.
  • Passion for creativity and storytelling.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer, content and/or PR.
  • Strong understanding of existing and emerging social channels.
  • A basic understanding of how SI and MI content is portrayed on different social channels.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Preferably Emirati.
