Deloitte offers a job opportunity as a consultant for the Center for Innovation, Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management in Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Implement a business-friendly, centralized IAM controls framework that continually enforces identity and access policy across the HR team and IT infrastructure, accessing applications in a common service-oriented architecture to be integrated with existing and new applications.
- Develop identity management strategies and implementation plans.
- Understand complex business and IT processes.
- Assist in selecting and designing methods and tools to support service delivery or industry projects.
- Grow your relationships with clients and share your knowledge while leveraging mainstream methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Desire to work in a constantly changing environment as part of a team of IT Security Consultants.
- Identify potential opportunities to open new markets.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- University degree in computer science or any related field/preferably a master's degree.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in the field of identity management.
- Experience leading IAM products (Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping as examples).
- Deep understanding of different IAM technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Experience in engineering and designing enterprise directories.
- Experience with identity and access management including role-based access control, access requests, and certificates.
- An understanding of information security principles and best practices (for example, ISO27001 and ISF standards of good information security practice).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, and CCNP.
- Background in consulting or professional services in technology, systems integration, or consulting service providers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and lead teams to achieve common goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- The ability to manage problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage large accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
- Creative thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite solutions.
