Opportunity description
MBC is offering a Job Opportunity as an IT Engineer in Lebanon.
Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting servers, laptops and mobile devices ,hardware, and operating systems.
- Oversee and update assigned support incidents and service requests.
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email
- Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorizing, and prioritizing them in line with team procedures
- Managing faults through their entire lifecycle from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively
- keeping the customer informed of progress.
- Diagnosing and resolving problems to the customers satisfaction
- Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with first time fault resolution.
- Identify and escalate repeat issues or service risks into service management teams.
- Sharing knowledge with team colleagues
Eligibility criteria
- Azure Fundamentals
- MAC devices management
- End Point Management (Co Management using SCCM and Intune) for windows and MAC devices.
- Experience in Microsoft Auto Pilot for Endpoints.
- Ability to handle difficult callers with a good level of customer satisfaction.
- An ability to think logically.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up to date IT and help desk skills
- An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using.
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
