Almarai is offering a Job Opportunity as a an IT Specialist in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & responsibilities
- Will ensure high level IT service availability and implement IT solutions and changes to infrastructure in all location within the region by effective management of the regional IT applications and infrastructure.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Ensure all IT initiatives relating to internal customer services are met in time.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to provide varieties in assigned projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- Minimum 4 years of experience in providing IT solutions for internal or external clients.
- Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure.
- Professional certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, etc.) is preferred.
- Should be able to manage servers, security solutions, network hardware, and equipment..
- Should be proficient in troubleshooting skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
