Majid Al Futtaim Retail is currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer specializing in SD-WAN with the ability to proactively and reactively analyze and monitor network performance. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the network infrastructure and ensuring the security and efficiency of communication systems across the company’s various locations.

• Configure and maintain the network at all levels, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls

• Manage SD-WAN solutions such as Meraki, and use network tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Qualys

• Monitor backups of network devices on a quarterly basis

• Upgrade network systems and deploy software updates as needed

• Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with infrastructure engineers to implement effective solutions

• Enforce security policies across various network layers

• Document and review the existing network infrastructure and maintain activity logs

• Recommend both short- and long-term solutions to technical issues

• Seek ongoing professional development to enhance technical and leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience working with SD-WAN technologies is essential
