Almarai is offering a job opportunity as a Helpdesk Coordinator in Hail, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & responsibilities
The Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible to act as a single point of contact for Business Systems help desk at HO, coordinate and ensure the service delivery to the business.
Eligibility criteria
- Should be holding bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Should have experience in administrative and helpdesk related areas.
- Ensure availability at helpdesk extension to take all the calls internal or external during working.
- Interact with vendors to repair equipment’s, get estimates cost and time
- Deliver MS Operation System, and office product support.
- Inform users of planned and unplanned service outage
- Deliver Domain Authentication support.
- Prepare Delivery Document (GDN/Transport Document etc) and dispatch of material with proper packing.
- Should be a good team player.
- Excellent Communication Skills required.
