• To Administer and maintain operating stability and availability of Almarai’s database systems. To ensure
• confidentiality, integrity and availability of Databases by implementing appropriate security mechanism.

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Should be holding bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT.
• Should be holding 5+ years’ experience of relevant experience of operations under Oracle with Windows and Unix environments.
• Should be holding experience of SQL Server Administration.
• Oracle Certified Professional
• In depth knowledge on Oracle architecture and functionality.
• Experience on monitoring of all routine backups and making sure the successful completion of backups.
• Monitoring the system logs and database alerts and take necessary preventive and corrective actions.
•  Monitoring the physical as well as logical storage of the databases.
• Performing the periodical recovery test using the Oracle standby solution.
• Should be good team player.
