Duties & responsibilities
- You will drive the annual business planning and budgeting process.
- You will be the first point of contact for all financial reporting and planning.
- Providing financial and commercial guidance to regional teams.
- Managing a team of accountants and analysts for the region to ensure that day to day processing of purchase orders and invoices are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Steering the financial direction of the business and undertaking all strategic financial planning and reporting to stakeholders.
Eligibility criteria
- 3- 5 years' experience within commercial finance environment.
- A university degree and professional financial qualification such as CIMA, ACA, CFA, CPA.
- Retail and/or FMCG experience (desirable).
- Experience in multi brand business and gulf region (desirable).
- Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
