Amazon is offering a Job Opportunity in India as an Account Management Associate.

• Engage with sellers/ service providers to manage their performance on Amazon metrics & support them to improve the quality of inputs offered to customers.
• Drive necessary business development and operational efforts to grow the business
• Analyze data, identify trends, create reports
• Establish operational processes, build scalable SOPs
• Focus to improve customer experience and constantly benchmark to drive improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree at a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience analyzing data with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. 
• Track record of managing metrics and improving performance with clients
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel
• An ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes
• Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement, and defining and measuring the success of those initiatives.
• Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
