Job Opportunity at Amazon KSA: Program Manager, External Fulfillment Channels

Amazon is offering a job opportunity in SA, Riyadh as a Program Manager, External Fulfillment Channels. Amazon is looking for a leader to manage External Fulfillment Program Ops for KSA to push the envelope on operational excellence and gather insights that help drive process and program improvements for the channel in the region. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

1. Own program metrics on Seller performance, Speed, Selection and operational excellence.
2. Establish and maintain effective performance measurement and monitoring processes.
3. Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements
4. Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
5. Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program’s vision
6. Support for ongoing initiatives within the Fulfillment Team
7. Ability to communicate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

1. 5+ years of experience in Product or Program management - Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
4. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
5. Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions
6. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in Arabic
• Master's in Business preferred.
• Experience in Internet, e-commerce and retail companies preferred.
• Experience in Sales and Operations planning
