Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Algiers, Algeria, as it is looking for a HR & Training Leader.
Duties & responsibilities
- Implement HR and Training corporate and local policies and procedures.
- Monitor turnover and highlight new hire trends.
- Ensure Life/Medical Insurance Benefits are implemented as per company policy
- Support employees in setting KPI” s and objectives
- Create manpower plan and report to GM to track recruitment progress.
- Ensure to pass all internal and external station HR and Training audits.
- Ensure Action Transactions are completed on time on the HR system.
- Ensure employee data is always up to date and accurate on the HR system
- Ensure the completion of Probation evaluation for the new hires in coordination with the direct Managers.
- Ensure abiding by local labor laws and culture.
- Implement new ideas on reward programs to increase employee motivation and engagement in coordination with the HR business partner
- Review payroll payments and ensure payroll funding is in place submitted by the HR Service Center Team.
- Follow up with PRO where applicable to ensure employee visas are done and renewed on time
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (employments offer, disciplinary actions, letters, etc.)
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures
Eligibility criteria
- Experience (5) Years
- Bachelor degree Holder (Business Administration) HR Diploma is a plus
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem Solver
- Detail oriented
- English Language Fluency
