Job Opportunity at Aramex in Algeria: Quality Assurance Lead

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Algiers, Algeria, as it is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.

• This role is a key position dedicated towards assessing in driving Quality Assurance vertical, responsible for the delivery of three pillars of QA: Business Continuity, Business Excellence, and Quality Control at station
• It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of quality assurance to deliver strategic objective of process conformance & quality culture
• Works with stations’ teams & Central QA to create and deliver value across the various functions
• Focuses on immediate actions and follow ups to close quality gaps

Job Description:

• To assess in driving QA function’s strategy at station, to enable transformation of the organization through the following bespoke strategies:
• Quality Management Documentation System
• Internal Quality Audits
• Quality Management – ISO 9001:2015 & External Certification
• Provide ongoing support to multiple project teams. Communicates quality assurance information/news to station management and employees
• Leadership and management skills to influence teams
• Support the evaluation of emerging digital improvement tools, systems and processes, to continuously challenge the status quo and drive a quality culture

• Bachelor’s degree a must, Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years with a successful track record in driving quality assurance & ISO 9001:2015
• Certified as Internal ISO auditor
• Lean Six-Sigma, transformation or re-engineering background is preferred
• Good distribution practice (GDP) experience is preferred
• Experience in logistics and supply chain solutions design preferred

Desired Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time as per project needs in other regions
• Experience in preparing and presenting recommendations to an audience of senior executives
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
