Job Opportunity at Aramex in Bahrain: Inside Sales Executive

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Manama, Bahrain, as it is looking for an Inside Sales Executive. Regain inactive and stopped customers and ensure maintaining and growing them through Tele-Sales.

1. Develop and maintain effective relationship with the existing customers.
2. Identify business development opportunities from customers.
3. Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to new and existing customers.
4. Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets.
5. Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities.
6. Ensure Tele-Sales targets are met.
7. Ensure ACP targets are met where applicable.

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics preferably)
2. 2-5 years’ experience of Customer Service preferably handling key business clients
3. Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
4. Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
