Aramex in Amman, Jordan is offering a job opportunity as a Linehaul Control Management Executive.

• Creating linehaul suppliers in the system.
• Logging, updating, and maintaining accurate linehaul contracts.
• Coordinating with operations teams at stations about contract changes/updates and validity.
• Coordinating with accounting teams at stations about reconciliation, billing, and invoice settlements.
• Creating and updating Shipment Routing Rules (SRRs).
• Developing and improving linehaul charges system when needed.
• Developing and improving SRRs when needed.
• Reporting $/KG for respective stations.
• Validating and assessing linehaul supplier selection by station managers/principles.
• Evaluating and reporting linehaul supplier service performance.
• Managing relationships with regional linehaul suppliers.
• Supporting stations in seeking airline capacity, procuring rates, and participating in regional negotiations deals.
• Liaising with airline representatives/cargo customer service teams to trace and resolve discrepancies in booked consolidations.
• Migrating Linehaul charging system into SAP Transport Management TM system.
• Developing tools and system that improve linehaul reporting (i.e. dashboards, reports…).
• Assessing station principals’ cooperation and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain or industrial engineering.
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Team spirit.
