Job Opportunity at Aramex in Jordan: Motion Designer

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Amman ,Jordan, as it is looking for a Motion Designer.

1. Create highly engaging complex animations & video edits for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and web.
2. Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.
3. Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
4. Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
6. Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
7. Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
8. Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
9. Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.
10. Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.
11. Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.

3. Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
4. Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
5. Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
6. Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
8. Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with senior management
9. A minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design, including video production design and animation
10. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics preferred strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
