Opportunity description
Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as it is looking for a Marketing and Social Executive.
Duties & responsibilities
- Execute the Marketing & Digital strategy for Aramex KSA, both for B2B and B2C, in all markets together with the central team.
- Define a roadmap of strategic partnerships to help achieve the business goals
- Work with the country manager & Head of digital marketing to define key objectives, targets & KPI’s to reach
- Ensure that all stations are adhering to brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all offline promotions are rolled out in-store.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends, and best practices in the Kingdom
- Provide the central team with key insights into the KSA market to help with the localization of all campaigns
- Reporting: Present and share ideas, results, and gap analyses.
- Manage the social activity for Aramex in KSA
- Build an inbound & outbound marketing plan together with the Head of digital marketing
- Design, prioritize, and execute specific activities and marketing campaigns with the support of the central marketing team.
- Manage an influencer program
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
- Ensure that our Arabic copy and tone are spot on with the Saudi dialect.
- Initiate partnerships
- Monitor and advise on delivery of paid media and CRM campaigns
- Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
- Give strategic input during the prep phase of major campaigns
- Recommendations to central marketing and product teams for enhancements and new features
- Localisation of content
- Managing 3rd party relationships with content agencies + Influencers
Eligibility criteria
- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
- Great understanding of the KSA market
- Experience acquiring, influencing and managing partnerships
- 3+ years in social media
- B2B & B2C experience crucial
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good all-round understanding of marketing, content, partnerships, events + influencers
- Have a good understanding of English and Arabic
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media
- Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
