As a Global Business Development Manager for the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Sector, you will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities in pharmaceutical logistics, building long-term relationships with pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, and distributors. You will design logistics solutions tailored to the industry’s specific requirements (such as cold chain, secure transport, regulatory compliance) and coordinate between operational and commercial teams to drive revenue growth.

Duties & responsibilities
Identify and target new clients in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector
Design specialized logistics solutions (cold chain, warehousing, multimodal shipping) that meet industry requirements
Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable pharmaceutical regulations
Coordinate with operations, quality, and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
Achieve sales and revenue targets for the sector
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Follow up on contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within logistics or supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics challenges such as cold chain transport, clinical trial management, and regulatory compliance
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets
Strong analytical skills and market strategy understanding
Fluency in English, with knowledge of the local working language
