Opportunity description

BRF is offering a job opportunity in Abu Dhabi, AE as a Human Resources Analyst – FCT. Maintain the integrity of personnel data and records for the company. This includes employee data and compensation and benefits, which should be managed and maintained in accordance to the policies and guidelines of the company.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Follow up with new hires file completion and issue SAP ID, and Employee card. Keep hard copy of files as required from government.
  2. Manage benefit medical and life enrollment for employees with various eligibility levels.
  3. Maintain employee benefit records and work-paper documentation (salary letters, employment certificates, etc) in accordance with internal requirements to ensure compliance.
  4. Support business requirements by consolidating monthly HR Dashboards.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of information, and manage e-filing for all employee benefits.
  6. Administer and monitor the employee life cycle related changes to e.g. transfers, ending of employments, promotions, awards and salary changes by communicating with other stakeholders (HR & ES Payroll), and reporting these changes back to HR on monthly basis.
  7. Accurate and timely processing of updates and changes of compensation and benefits (new hires, transfers, merit increases, job changes, etc) on SAP and MenaMe.
  8. Working with HR systems HRIS, and managing any technical issues - Manage the development and maintenance of the HRIS.
  9. Support HRBPs with Recruitment, Onboarding process, and Learning & Development administrations.


Eligibility criteria

  • Academic Background: University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Desirable requirements

  2. Excellent knowledge of local labor law and payroll regulations
  3. Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues
  4. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  5. Problem solving acumen
  6. Experience using SAP
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
