Dell is offering Job Opportunity as a Solutions Architect Presales- French Speaker in Morocco.
Duties & responsibilities
- Consult with external customers and implements new IT solutions and/or replaces existing IT solutions
- Develop and offer integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business
- Be responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture
- Provide technical and/or (business consultative) services during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle
- May provide technical or business analytical leadership for specific product groups or business objectives in order to engage the customer or implement and maintain an engagement
Eligibility criteria
- Intermediate writing skills
- Possess a recent or working towards obtaining a degree in a computing or technology related subject
- Intermediate communication skills in working with the customer
- Intermediate knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
- Required to have a basic technical knowledge of Dell Technologies core solutions, integration capabilities, and related environments
- Ability to work effectively with your peers and to influence others to achieve results in addition to an interest in technology
- Intermediate understanding of services related processes and technologies
