Deloitte is offering a Job Opportunity in Australia as a Technical Business Analyst.

• Leading the business analysis activities to ensure delivery of project goals to agreed schedule and quality.
• Working closely with Developers, Architects, Business Users and 3rd party suppliers for current & future Projects analysis and mapping
• Preparation and facilitation of user acceptance testing
• Consistently ensuring deliverables meet stakeholders expectations directly or via team members
• Effectively identify relevant stakeholders, plan and execute the appropriate engagement approach to achieve the required outcomes
• Applying critical reasoning to define and manage requirements
• Review, and present solutions, issues, risks and implement corrective action with stakeholders in a collaborative manner
• Developing effective working relationships with project team members and external parties such as vendors where required
• Managing stakeholder expectations related to business analysis to influence project outcomes 

• Proven experience working on enterprise level programs to provide business analysis services (essential)
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities within tight time frames (essential)
• Proven ability to operate in a rapid changing environment; demonstrated flexibility (essential)
• Proven experience analysing processes and process mapping complex business processes to industry best practices (essential)
• Strong understanding of technology and business systems at a strategic and operational level (essential)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst (essential)
• Proven data integration analysis skills including: data extraction, and data formats (essential)
• Demonstrated experience analysing, defining and designing information models for new data sources (essential)
• Microsoft SQL experience - interrogate SQL queries and translate to technical requirements (desirable)
• Experience in cloud platform design and usability (desirable)
