DHL is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Service Supervisor in New South Wales, Australia. Duties & responsibilities
- Lead a small dedicated team who rely on you to resolve a variety of service requests in the most efficient and enduring manner.
- Continue to maintain and build effective relationships with this LSHC customer
- Be across all facets for the movement of this dedicated LSHC product both internally and externally
- Management of Administrator Process & Maintenance of effective operations quality standards and matrices,
- Manage the reverse logistics for this dedicated customer
- Ensures strategies / plans are aligned
Eligibility criteria
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience in the Logistics industry or similar industry
- Experience within a high volume environment
- Extensive experience in a management capacity in Customer Care or a related capacity
- The ability to build strong positive relationships with customers internally and externally
