Job Opportunity at Excelsior in KSA: Supply Chain Coordinator

Excelsior is offering a job opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

1. Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
2. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
3. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures (ISO 9001).
4. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
5. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
6. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
7. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
8. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
9. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
10. Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers (local KSA Market)
11. Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
12. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
13. Review all vendors and suppliers
14. Maintain purchase records and other important data
15. Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
16. Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
17. Maintain and update a list of suppliers

1. Experience & Knowledge: 1 to 4 years of experience in related field
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical or Electrical degree is preferred
3. Language: Arabic is a MUST
4. Skills: Negotiation skills
5. Preferred: Experience in SAP ERP is plus point.

Salary:

11,000 SAR - 13,000 SAR Depending on qualifications and experience.
